Off track fun!

My kids have been off track for a few weeks and we have had a pretty good time. They are going to go to a traditional school next year and honestly I am not sure how I feel about it. I love having them home with me throughout the year to hang out a little. Although I am glad that they will finally get to have a real summer break from school. Not just three weeks. So I guess I have a little bit of mixed emotions. Anyhow, they are home with me for a few more days so I am just going to soak it up. I feel like I see Gabe less and less each week while he is in school. I mostly work nights so by the time he is getting home from school, or choir, or piano I am bolting out the door to work. There are some days the only time I see him is when he is heading off to school in the morning. I guess its just another phase in the mom life. Kids getting older and doing there own thing. We will see how I do next year when I don't have these little times when they are off track and I get to see them a little extra!

I love to give them hugs and let face it. They

are just "getting to old for this!"

They went on a train ride at the mall. They decided

to sit in the coal cart for Cole!

Cali decided to play at the park because sledding was

too much work.

Cole came back to play at the park too.

Gabe just kept sledding. He even went back later

that day with his friend Jake.

Waiting for Spring!!!

I am anxiously awaiting some better weather around here! It's pretty much all I think about all day long! These pictures are from last year, they just make me happy! Come on spring push Old Man Winter out of here.

p.s. I am not crazy, I know it's only February. What can I say, 4 kids stuck in the house all day because of cold weather can make a lady want an early spring.
